I can't find the item i'm looking for?

If we don't have the size you require in stock, please send us an email at info@bennythedog.co.uk . We will be able to tell you when we expect to receive more stock or in some cases we will order the item in especially for you. 

Likewise, if you don't see the colour you would like or there is a similar item of the same brand that we don't stock, we may be able to order this in for you.

 

Where is my order?

We aim to deliver within 5 working days for all orders to Uk mainland. Please allow longer for delivery to Northern Ireland and UK offshore islands. However, during busy periods please allow up to 14 working days.

Deliveries are made between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

We ask that you wait up to 15 working days for orders to be delivered before contacting us to chase up a missing delivery. (We have to wait for 15 days from the date of dispatch before we can re-send an item)

 

Only part of my order has arrived?

If you have ordered multiple items, these may be sent out in multiple packages. Please wait the full 5 working days for delivery before contacting us. If the remainder of your order has still not arrived please e-mail us at info@bennythedog.co.uk

Which carrier will deliver my items?
Orders weighing less than 2kg and either less than 45x35x8cm or 15x15x15cm dimensions will be delivered via Royal Mail. All other orders will be delivered via MyHermes. Deliveries to European countries will be shipped via Royal Mail Airmail.

 

How do I return an item?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please refer to our Returns Policy.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards.

 

Is the payment secure on your website?

We use Paypal and Google Wallet  to handle all payments to ensure your payment is 100% secure. There is a choice during the checkout process to select your preferred payment service. 

For payments using paypal, no account is necessary, simple click the guest checkout link entitled "Don't have a paypal account...", which is below the main paypal login section. You will then be able to pay using a credit or debit card payment.

 

How do I review products?

To leave a product review please use the following steps;

1. Select the item you would like to review, either use the search box to find the item or browse through the products.
2. Select the review tab, located next to the product description.
3. If the product has previously been reviewed you should now see other user's thoughts. Under these you will see a form called 'write a review'. Enter your name, your review to let us know what you think (good or bad) and select a rating for the item. Enter the security code in to the box and click the continue button to submit the review.
4. If you have successfully entered your review you should see a confirmation message.

Your review will then be approved by a moderator and will be posted on the website.

 

The checkout is not working?

The checkout uses Javascript to guide you through the stages to purchase your items. Please check that you have Javascript enabled in your website browser.

If you are not sure how to do this, follow the steps below for the website browser you are using. Alternatively, call us on 07553 846706 and we can either take your order over the telephone or guide you through the steps to enable Javascript.

 

Internet Explorer

  • Select Internet Options from the Tools menu. 
  • Click the Security tab. 
  • Click Custom Level in Security Level for this Zone. 
  • Scroll down to Scripting, near the bottom of the list. 
  • Under Active Scripting, choose Enable. 
  • Answer yes to the following conformation box.
  • Click OK to leave Security Settings. Click OK to leave Internet Options.
  • Finally, hit refresh on your browser window.


Firefox PC

  • In the Tools drop-down menu, select Options.
  • Next, select the Content icon/tab at the top on the window.
  • Then, check the Enable JavaScript checkbox under the Web Content category.
  • Hit OK to close the Options window and save your changes.
  • Finally, Refresh your browser.

 

Firefox MAC

  • Select the Firefox menu item from the Apple/System bar at the top of the screen.
  • From the drop-down menu, select Preferences...
  • Select the Content icon/tab at the top on the window.
  • Then, check the Enable JavaScript checkbox.
  • Close the Options window to save your changes.
  • Finally, refresh your browser.


Google Chrome PC

  • Select Customize and control Google Chrome (the icon with 3 stacked horizontal lines) to the right of the address bar
  • From the drop-down menu, select Settings
  • At the bottom of the page, click Show advanced settings…
  • Under Privacy, select the Content settings… button
  • Finally, under the JavaScript heading, select the Allow all sites to run JavaScript radio button
